Anna-Sophia Fritsche

Anna-Sophia Fritsche studied theater studies, psychology and intercultural communication in Munich and Buenos Aires. During this time, she worked at various figure, dance and performance festivals.
Through the theater groups that she initiates and with which she stages several of her own productions, she discovers her enthusiasm for theater pedagogy. She has been pursuing this since 2013. After initially meeting the challenges of rural areas at the Landesbühnen Sachsen in Radebeul, she has been working at the GRIPS Theater in Berlin since 2016.
Since 2016, she has been part of the "Secret Dramaturgical Society", a group of professional conversation starters. From 2018 to 2020, she was the spokesperson for the Eastern Working Group of Children's and Youth Theaters in Eastern Germany. In 2020, she completed further training in dance education/choreography at the Berlin University of the Arts and TanzTangente.
In the 2020|2021 season, she will take over as head of theater education at the GRIPS Theater on parental leave.
Since the 2023|2024 season, she has headed the theater education department together with Oana Cîrpanu.
